Application Process

Time is of the essence for all of the services we offer and being fast is something we also try and maintain and apply to our application process. That is why, with Kloosterboer, you will always know where you stand within 15 working days. We have detailed below a little more about the different steps you can expect to go through during the application process.

The road to your contract

When you apply for a position with us, you will receive a digital confirmation upon receipt of your completed online application form. We will respond to your application within ten working days. Should we be able to recognise common ground, compatibility or suitability from your application, you will be invited for an initial interview. During this first interview, you will enter in to a discussion with your potential future manager and an employee from HR. Should the outcome of this initial interview be positive for both you and us, then there is usually a follow-up interview. You will be notified within a week if we would like to continue with you. In the case that this is a positive response, an assessment may be part of the procedure.

If your application has been unsuccessful, please note that we keep your data on file for up to one year in reference to future job opportunities. If there are currently not any job vacancies listed on our website that are suitable or of interest to you but you do still wish to apply to Kloosterboer, you can always send an open application to us.

Good to know

Some positions require a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). You can request a VOG from the municipality where you live.
