Senior secondary education (MBO) in logistics. Started at Kloosterboer in 2001 as a forklift truck driver. Followed various internal courses as well as a part-time higher professional education (HBO) programme in logistics/technical transportation.
Surfing and travel.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, I am the point of contact for a group of customers, translating their needs to the operational side of the business. I also take care of visitor scheduling as well as selling additional services to existing customers. In addition to this, I am involved in our workers' representation. We act as a sounding board for staff and management. This extra involvement in the company and having the opportunity to influence and make a difference is important to me.
Even after twelve years, I still find Kloosterboer a great company and still enjoy my work here. There are many opportunities for career growth and if you make your ambitions known, they will do everything possible to help you achieve them. That is something I really value.
